I work with individuals in areas such as trauma, life transitions, personal stressors, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, grief, relationship issues, and sports performance.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, which focuses on the therapeutic relationship, psychoeducation, and mindfulness in order to implement learned skills for emotional regulation, motivation, situational awareness, goal setting, communication, and self-compassion.
