Workshop Presentation:
Life Span Integration, Writing and Performance Art
Join me to explore the multidimensionality of our existence, and the complex approach to neuroplasticity through Life Span Integration techniques.
We will dive into the meaning of trauma and forgiveness and the amazing potential for human diversity, resilience and creativity. I will also present my own journey in writing a memoir, and explore the daring and honest expression of our soul through writing.
The workshop will include reading passages from my book The Seven Jewish Samurai of Guadalajara, instead of the original life performance.
