The Power of Authenticity

Breakout 3 – Sunday, May 2nd at 10:15 am

Over the course of the 500+ interviews I’ve done on The Trauma Therapist | Podcast there is one element that keeps coming up again and again as the most integral to the healing process.

Authenticity.

During this short 15 minutes, I’ll share what I’ve learned about the importance of authenticity for the therapist, and what is involved in cultivating it, as well as how integral it is for the client and the challenges that come with expressing it during the healing process.
