Workshop Presentation:
Anger for Healing
Anger is often raging around or inside us–but what do we do with it when our goal is healing?
Learn the ins and outs of anger in relation to individual, relational or social healing, then be introduced to a set of tools that promotes emotional resilience.
This talk is for heart-centered clinicians, activists and individuals looking to understand the important role anger plays in the trauma healing process–and how anger misplaced as voice serves to perpetuate trauma itself.
